Officers discovered both suspect had multiple warrants for their arrest. The male was issued a citation for Theft II and the warrants. Warrant Arrest A 46-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted in the 400 block of SW Madison Ave. The female was issued a trespass notice and escorted off the premises. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Officers contacted a 30-year-old male with no fixed address and formally trespassed him from the business. Trespass - A male with no fixed address entered a business in the 400 block of SW 3rd St, which he had previously been trespassed from and shoplifted. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a female Corvallis resident in the 4000 block of NW Witham Hill Dr. The male provided a breath sample that showed his BAC was .16%. Officers located a pipe with burnt residue during a search and the male admitted to using it to smoke methamphetamine. They learned the male had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Write a Report. The suspect, a 27-year-old Portland resident, crashed in the 2600 block of SW Pickford St and he then fled on foot. The male was cited and released and moved along without further incident. Robbery Officers were dispatched to 9th and Walnut for the report of a male being chased by another male who was threatening to hurt him. Theft Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of NE Four Acre Place for the report of theft. Violation of Order An officer investigated a reported violation of a court protection order in the 1200 block of SW E Ave. A 25 y/o female Corvallis resident reported she had a valid court protection order against a 32 y/o male Portland resident. The male had been booked and released with a no contact release agreement, prohibiting contact with the female victim. Theft Officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of NE Jack London Street for the report of a bike theft. Domestic Disturbance - A female with no fixed address reported a domestic disturbance with her boyfriend, also no fixed address, at a hotel in the 300 block of NW 2nd St. for the report of a 31-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was waving a gun around, pretending to shoot. The female was issued citation for four outstanding warrants for her arrest. Warrant Arrest Officers responded to the 1900 block of SW 3rd St for a report of a victim locating his stolen bicycle. Theft Officers responded to a residence in the 200 Block of NW 13th St for a report that a registration sticker was stolen off the callers vehicle.
